Description

The Q.SAAL module supports comprehensive tracing options on a per-link and per-

primitive basis. The module can be configured to trace any message received or

transmitted and a number of management events. This message is used to selectively

enable tracing of events. It can be used at any time during operation and continues to

be effective until the next Trace Mask Set Request is received for the same link.

Traced events are indicated to the management module using the Trace Event

Indication (MGT_MSG_TRACE_EV).
